Porto Colom is a traditional fishing village that lies 12km north of the resort of Cala D’or. Despite being relatively popular with tourists, Porto Colom has managed to retain much of its historical charm with sheltered bays, boathouses and lighthouses all key parts of the landscape. It has some crystal clear waters to swim in and some of the best beaches on the island, including the blue-flag Cala Marcal.
