The winding cobbled streets and brightly painted shop fronts lead up to the medieval Castle and Cathedral at the top of Steep Hill, where amongst other treasures, the Magna Carta is housed. In this area, visitors will discover delightful little shops, cafes and restaurants as well as the best views across the city. The Steep Hill and Bailgate areas are a perfect place to wander and enjoy a unique shopping and dining experience.
